Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Baggo ("we") for using the Baggo app and website. By using Baggo you agree to them.
1. What Baggo does
Baggo creates weekly meal plans with recipes, estimated grocery prices, aisle-sorted shopping lists, calorie logging from photos, and a tracker for grocery money you save.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement where you live. Baggo is for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Generated content can be wrong
Recipes, prices, nutrition numbers and photo results are produced by automated systems. They can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check them before you rely on them. Store prices change, so your receipt may differ from the estimate.
4. Food safety and allergies
You are responsible for deciding whether any meal is safe for you and the people you cook for. Baggo cannot guarantee that a plan is free of an allergen or suits a medical condition. Read ingredient labels and ask a professional when it matters.
5. Calories and nutrition
Calorie and macro figures are rough estimates, not measurements. Do not use them for medical decisions or precise dietary treatment.
6. Photos you submit
Only submit photos of food or your own kitchen that you have the right to share. Do not submit images of other people, or anything unlawful or harmful.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Baggo Pro is sold as a yearly subscription at $49.99 per year or a weekly subscription at $7.99 per week. New subscribers may get a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan, after which the yearly price is charged. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically until you cancel. Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged. Prices may change with notice.
8. Refunds
Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases. We may share limited transaction details with Apple to help process them.
9. Acceptable use
Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell Baggo, access it without permission, interfere with its operation, or use it to harm others. We may suspend access if you break these rules.
10. Our content and your license
Baggo, its design, name, logo and content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, revocable license to use the app for your own meal planning.
11. Third-party services
Baggo relies on providers for AI, images, analytics, subscriptions and the App Store. Their own terms may also apply when you use those parts.
12. No warranty
Baggo is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always work, be error free, or give results that suit your needs. You use plans, prices and recipes at your own risk.
13. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for harm that comes from relying on plans, prices, recipes or nutrition figures. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
14. Changes
We may change the app or these terms. We will update the date above when we do, and using Baggo afterward means you accept the new terms.
15. Ending your use
You can stop using Baggo at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections that by nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers and liability limits, will survive.
16. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of your country where the law requires it, and otherwise the laws under which Baggo operates. Nothing here removes rights you cannot waive.
